Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this time will incur a £25 cancellation and administration fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations will not be accepted after we have received your policy. Each booking cost covers a 15 minute consultation and your chosen policy compliance review. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Please send the policies to enquire@peacockandgiraffesolutions.com for review.
