WHAT IS A RETAINER PLAN?
A retainer plan is where you pay to retain our services for the specified hours each month. The specifics of your retainer plan will be discussed with you and fully detailed in your terms of business agreement.
HOW DO I PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES?
You will be invoiced for the agreed work. All payment terms will be fully detailed in your terms of business agreement.
HOW DO I CANCEL YOUR SERVICES?
We would be sad to see you go, but you will have a cooling off period of 14 days from the agreement date to cancel and receive a full refund. However, if any work has been completed within the 14 days, deductions will be made accordingly. Full details of cancellation will be in your terms of business agreement.
